Authentic Caesar Salad: A keto-friendly recipe
Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- Optional: grilled chicken breast, sliced
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 anchovy fillet (optional)
Instructions:
